As the Chief of Police, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our newly designed website. Our team has put in a tremendous amount of effort to ensure that this platform provides easy access to important information and tools to better serve our community.
The La Verne Police Department is dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone. Our agency is comprised of 45 sworn officers, 27 professional staff members, a Reserve Officer force of up to 25, and 26 dedicated volunteers who work tirelessly to uphold our mission of protecting and serving our community with integrity, professionalism, and respect.

The first collection and delivery of toys for the Lights & Sirens Toy Drive is in the books!
Yesterday we cleared the collection bins and delivered the toys to Hillcrest, where they will be sorted and stored until the distribution day.
Thank you to everyone who has already donated — your support is making a real impact for La Verne families.

We had a special delivery for tonight’s tree lighting ceremony! Officer Gomez ensured his spot on the Nice List when he made sure Santa arrived safe and sound to join Mrs. Claus for the festivities!
It’s time for the annual La Verne All Stars Holiday Softball game and Toy Drive!
